So the SEC alone has 32% That means that 9 other conferences have 68% or 7.5% each. If you literally only count P4 (which isn’t the case)… then the other 3 conferences would have 23% each. Even when you try to show it’s a fair system, it isn’t.

Hear me out here. What if we promote Beamer to football GM? He's great at recruiting, he's great at people, genuinely everyone loves him. Offer it as a promotion at the end of the season, same salary, start looking for a new coach now. Hire someone who's way better at Xs and Os and who isn't over player development, and let Beamer help with recruiting. Director of player relations on steroids. Let him do what he's best at while hiring someone to do what he's not.
