We are running another beginners self defence seminar/course soon in Epping.
The course is a blend of theory covering situational awareness, body language/pre attack indicators & psychology followed by life saving hands on physical skills.

Keep moving, strike and move, one or two strikes per person then onto the next, avoid getting caught up or tied up, avoid the ground.
Multiple attackers is no joke and a very dangerous situation where you can very quickly become overwhelmed and over powered.

2) and given the poor risk assessment of Victoria Police command, this November coming up to elections we are likely to see an increase i protests and the high possibility of the far left becoming extremely violent again

The truth is you are likely on your own, Victoria Police have said themselves you are better learning self defence instead of relying on them.

- Asaf Redjuan, who rushed at the attacker
- Israeli dad Tzvika Mans, who tied the attacker with a cable so he couldn't move
- Yaniv Hayon, who handled the aircraft and kept it stable
- Dr. Shota Musaev, who treated the captain and stopped the excessive bleeding.
They all worked together and made sure all those 180 passengers landed safely. Truly, men are brave 🙏
