the characters in daredevil show us that ppl and society can't simply be divided into black and white, but there's something about dex's complexity that I find especially fascinating. I'm not trying to downplay any of the things he's done, but he's both a perpetrator and a victim. he's impulsive, yet capable of remarkable self control. he can be someone you feel deeply sorry for, while also being someone truly terrifying. he's full of contradictions and dualities, and I think that's what makes him a character with so much potential to go in so many different directions. I rlly want to keep seeing him for a long long time
