Maintenance on Sophia, Usurper, and Indomitable servers in the Europe region is complete and the servers are open to players. The issue completing purchases in the Auction House is resolved.
All other servers in Europe, Americas, and Japan, Oceania continue to remain online and open to players.

Maintenance on the Sacred server in the Europe region is complete and the server is open to players. The issue where items could not be claimed from the Storage Chest is resolved.
The issue with completing purchases in the Auction House is also now resolved on Sacred. We will take Sophia, Usurper, and Indomitable servers down for maintenance on September 24 at 5:30 PM PDT (September 25 at 2:30 AM CEST). The maintenance is to apply the same fix to these impacted servers.
All other servers in Europe, Americas, and Japan, Oceania continue to remain online and open to players.

We're taking the Sacred server in the Europe region down for an emergency maintenance on September 24 at 4:30 p.m. PT (September 25 at 01:30 a.m. CEST) and last approximately 1 hour. The maintenance is to resolve the issue where items cannot be claimed from the Storage Chest.
