JR I’m in the same boat, I overpaid $3000 and 2 months later still no check. At the time of delivery they screwed up the paperwork. I was told a refund check would go out in a weeks time. Maybe the tweets are right and need to get a lawyer involved.

@elonmusk I was excited to pick up our new X but here in NY (LI) the greatest city in the world. One word major failure, our pickup of our dream car is in a parking lot outside in the dark, and cold. This is not the Tesla experience I wanted or seen from my fellow Tesla owners.
