Where did the motor vehicles go? How many trips evaporated? How many went to Bathurst or Spadina? Circulate on other streets and lanes? You will not share that data openly, if recent experience is an indicator. That is unprofessional and anti-transparency.

Can you express volumes in terms of total number of people? The object is to move people. The car crowd doesn’t get that.
