My daily routine is such a regimen that I don’t try to skip. My day typically starts at 6am or 5:30am then I say my morning prayer then proceed with my 20 to 30 mins comprising of stretches and weight lifts. Then Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays I skip breakfast as an intermittent fasting protocol to give my body a break from eating, After taking my bath I prep for my facial routine and that involves the following 5 steps : Pre-amble - Beard Oil 1. Facial cleanser (face fact hydrating cleanser) 2. Toner (IsnTree Green Tea Toner) 3. Essence (Jumiso Essence) 4. Moisturizer (Dr Althea 345 relief cream) 5. Sunscreen (Nivea UV water gel) Then I set about my day. My afternoon meals on weekdays is usually rice with vegetable and cucumbers 🥒 but after I have had some fiber in terms of either Tiger nuts or Garden eggs and I take 15mins walk after eating. I aim to drink at least 3L of hydrogen water daily but that can be a stretch most days so I try to take at least 2L of water. My dinner is always taken between 5 to 6pm and No later than 7pm and is mostly a fruit mix of (cucumber + Carrots 🥕 + Cabbage 🥬) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. However on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays I eat steamed vegetables and 4 boiled eggs. No alcohols or soda fizzy drinks . I do aim to put in at least 8hrs of sleep using my smart watch to track the hours of sleep but so far manage to clock in averagely 6hrs of sleep. Would definitely need to work on this. Every Saturday morning I go for road walk/jug and aim to put in at least 10,000 steps just like I did this morning. In all, taking good care of yourself is a conscious effort that you have to if you want to stay healthy. I hope this helps someone out there to start taking their lifestyle more seriously.
