It's early in the season of a team with a new HC and coaching staff. 9 new starters on offense. A QB who hasn't played in 22 months coming off back to back Achilles injuries.
They are 2 & 1 after getting boat raced in week 1. My friends, I want to see the team win period. Idc how they win just that they do and stay competitive.

The Browns can contend this year but ONLY if the offense becomes a top 15 to 20 offense. There's really no excuses to not achieve this. Monk has my complete trust but he was brought here to fix the offense. We are seeing some signs but everything can't operate off schedule.

If the Oline keeps making boneheaded penalties, they're will need to be changed.
Tytus is older and slow therefore he's trying to time up the snap count to get an early jump.
I'd move Barber to RT and Howard to RG. Something to watch. The offense must start playing cleaner with actual WR passes that aren't from the scramble drill. They also must run the ball.

I watched a few minutes of the regular Cleveland media/ podcasters this morning.
They spoke of how bad Watson looked after a deep dive into the film. He definitely missed some throws made some wrong reads and could've played much better.
22 months not playing the highest level of football. Trusting your body again. Trying to get on the same page with his WR's and trust his Oline.
My question back to these negative, narrative driven idiots is. Would you rather have Joe Burrow's numbers last week or Watsons tied to the game outcome?

I started this year very positive about the Browns. I said, pls give Monk and this team a chance before you crap on them.
What I've learned to date:
- Watson still has some good QB play still in him.
- The defense (IMO) plays better team defense than when Myles was here.
- Coaching is more important than just hanving great players.
- Team unity is really a thing.
- Mason Graham is one of the best 5 DT's in the NFL right now.
- Jared Verse is getting more comfortable and his impact is very noticeable.
- Denzel Ward & Boston are both elite. Must get more passes to Boston.
- The offensive line scares me and is the weakest link on the team so far. I love both rookies by Tytus Howard was a horrible signing at what AB is paying him. He must be moved to guard.
- Szmyt might be one of the top 3 kickers in the NFL.
- Monken is the perfect HC for this team.
- Ruty by the end of the year will be considered better than Jim Schwartz.
