Gas prices suck. Iām pissed about them, and Iām struggling with them just like everybody else. But Iām looking beyond today. This is my favorite political strategy. State the other team is doing a bad thing that also happens to be exactly what your team is doing..but make excuses for your team by distracting readers from the knowledge that you made the same complaints not that long ago.

Because so many seem to be forgetting how this works when the president opens the White House press pool and is selective on who he allows he is in fact, violating the first amendment. Blocks are only for special cases not because you donāt like their coverage of his lies.
Fox News just yanked their pool coverage because Trump banned CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House for pumping fake news. The trash took itself out.
Yāall act like the First Amendment comes with a reserved seat in the Oval Office. It doesnāt. It gives you the right to speak and publish. It does not give you a government-issued backstage pass.
And letās not pretend Fox has never run its own garbage.
Access is a privilege, not a constitutional entitlement.
