One question I really want answering: did Pep also have two contracts, like Mancini, to help City cook their books? When Pep was hired, nobody knew about Mancini's two contracts. Why *wouldn't* City pull the same stunt again with Pep when they thought they got away with Mancini?

Rui Pinto, the hacker who leaked so many documents which also included proof of City's wrong doing, might be Portuguese but he should be knighted. Done more than most Sirs and Dames. 70 million documents and 3.4 terabytes of data he leaked implicating many crooks.
