In our retrospective 'target trial emulation,' we found that pts. who received lidocaine had ⬆️ odds of ROSC in comparison to pts. who received amiodarone (36.0 vs. 30.4%; aOR: 1.29 [1.16, 1.44], n=2,976 matched pairs). Lidocaine was associated with ⬇️ post-drug defibs.
