Anything is valueable when you get it at a desired time Think you are hungry at 8 PM but get food at midnight 3 AM Think you demand extention on 1st September but you get it at 28th September When you want to help anyone do it at a correct time Time is money, Correct decision at Correct time is wealth

The correct decision at correct time is always important and worthy Extention of dates at Last date will not help in true sense Next year shift back 31st August to 31st July again, issue forms timely, keep TAR due date 30th September as it is, We will not ask for extention if we get proper time for proper compliances

My concern about the Tax Audit deadline is not abt asking for sympathy or saying CAs are overworked.. It is simply abt the compliance calendar.. Earlier:- Non audit business ITR due date - 31 July Tax Audit Report - 30 September Nearly 2 month working gap AY 2026-27:- Non audit business ITR due date 31 August Tax Audit Report - 30 September Barely 1 month The question is therefore not whether CAs can work harder. . The question is whether one month is a reasonable window for finalisation of books, reconciliations, GST/TDS verification, audit procedures, reporting under Form 3CD and discussions with clients without compromising audit quality.. If the compliance calendar itself has moved by one month shd the corresponding audit timeline also be revisited so that the earlier working gap is restored?? #TaxAudit #TAR #TaxAuditDueDate

Dear @GST_Council Circular 170 is complete madness. The whole thing can easily be solved if - just ask for Invoice level data at table 4A(5) of 3B (in json format) - let your server reconcile in idle time after 20th / 22nd of each month till 4th of next month - this will give you exact picture of which invoice ITC is being taken, and not even hanky panky will happen at adjudication as exact detail is already uploaded regarding ITC of which invoice is taken - this madness of temporary reversal and reclaim will be done away - lakhs of man hours will be saved of professionals across india, and technology can be used as suggested above
