🚨 NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT THIS
$SPX SETUP
For 2 years
$SPX has been squeezed between two rising lines - a textbook Rising Wedge
Right now price sits at 7,667, pinned under resistance with less and less room left
Here's how I see it playing out:
1. Short pullback - shake out late longs
2. Reclaim + squeeze into 8,250-8,300
3. The trap: final push, max euphoria, everyone calls 9k
4. Rejection from wedge apex → back under 7,600
5. Support gives up → 6,300 next
6. Deeper rebalance → 4,800
Wedges break down, not up. The higher that last leg runs, the harder flush
Breadth is thin, a handful of mega-caps carry entire index, retail optimism is back at extremes
Weak participation + fading volume + euphoria = distribution
Smart money sells strength. Retail buys the top
