Updates on my Product Management journey: Today, I completed a customer journey for a product. One thing that said to me as a developer is that building the features is only part of the job. Before writing a single line of code , I need to understand: 🔨 what is the user trying to do? 🔨 what is frustrating them? 🔨 what would make them trust this product? It reminded me that good product starts with understanding people, not writing code.
