No better way to network than by breaking bread together (um eating pizza)...girls from different schools and counties get together at our Saturday clubs not only to skill up on cutting edge technologies but also to meet peers outside of their friend groups & build community.

Project Squad returns next week--encouraging students to revisit core topics repeatedly, with every encounter adding more depth, breadth, and complexity. Our method turns repetition into deliberate practice where skilling pushes past comfort zones and improves goal setting!

As the third level offers come in and participants share with us their news, we are showing through alum stories the impact of our "Junior Cert to Job" mission. It's not enough to ignite an interest, there must be continued & consistent contributions to keep that fire burning!

Wrapping up 4 weeks of our summer work experience "Teenturnships" for secondary school students with participants in Galway completing their 2 week placements undertaking the design & build of a cooling box guided by @Trane_Tech engineers.

Loving the vlogging by our alum! Our Learn to Earn program is a 3rd level work experience that's paid as a scholarship to provide both CV building & relevant knowledge economy STEM skilling during summer months, connecting high potential candidates with high potential companies!

Another week of Teenturnship work experiences done! Each participant gains 9 days of in person, hands-on STEM learning in a career environment while guided by working professionals and engaging in relevant project-based activities to skill up and see their futures in new ways.
