if you want to attract and retain top talent, you have to make all their distractions go away so they can focus on cooking.
- all their tokens are expensed
- health/personal trainer stipend
- meals taken care of
- ergonomics, hardware, whatever
you literally take care of all other quests so they can cook reliably while not burning out
then hands off and let them cook

the @bestwestern astoria hotel in copenhagen is the worst hotel ive stayed at. cant believe its even legal. never stay there or you’ll regret it.
