In 1986, @TeleCulture looked back at the first decade of computer art (1965–1975). He traces the shift from scientist led exhibitions to artists seriously using computers as a creative medium. It’s still one of the clearest overviews of the early years of digital art.

Zajec was among the first to create computer art. Interesting bio between Italy, Slovenia, and the U.S. Started with traditional painting, but quickly moved to computers, usually in a minimalist style. For many years worked on orphic compositions, i.e. synchronizing color & music
