also love that i switch from mobile data (expensive) to MY OWN WIFI (cheaper, two devices on it and one is asleep) and telstra goes oh i can't possibly load amy images on this website. but i Will load videos and start autoplaying them

There's an internet health check on the My Telstra app (youtu.be/nLU64uGXhm8?si=p1JZ…). Completing the steps, sends connection tests to your modem. The other thing to try is testing the website as well as another web page, on a private/incognito tab, with browser add-ons disabled- Jay
