@TempraMed_Tech (CSE: $VIVI | FSE: 9DY) announces that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with @RawafedHealthSA, providing a pathway to entering into an exclusive distribution agreement for TempraMed products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The proposed agreement provides for a five-year distribution arrangement within Saudi Arabia, with exclusivity requiring minimum purchase orders from Rawafed of approximately US$3.1 million over the five-year period.
