The Devs are cooking over the last few days, this is a fairly cool way to bring a negative to playing in a large group, no longer will you be able to afk in base as a 20 man for days on end, not interacting with the server, waiting for a raid. In my eyes this just brings more PvP to the game, people out on land farming = PvP = More fun for everyone.
