Hi Mauricio! Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Please have him visit the Gate 8 Box Office for support. We also have two additional ticket resolution desks at The ShopBack Gate and Gate 32.

@TexasFanFirst I’m trying to transfer a ticket to a friend but the only option the website gives him is to sign in as a student to accept. He is now an alum. Can you advise please? He is on his way to stadium

Hook Em Herd sign ups will open at 2 PM for today’s game.
Obviously every game has different timings but with limited spots and it being first come served they often go fast! We would recommend arriving earlier to better help ensure sign up.

We were thinking of getting there around 4:15 today. Think it’ll be all booked up by then?

🏟️: UT-Austin students should visit the ShopBack Gate at the northeast corner of the stadium for student ticket assistance. The Ticket Resolution window at the ShopBack Gate opens to assist both students and the general public at 4 p.m.
