Judge Brodie DENIED her sanctions appeal, stating SPECIFICALLY: “The Court therefore (1) declines to set aside Judge Eshkenazi’s decision and (2) concludes that there is no basis to issue an OTSC or impose sanctions against Defendant.” ...And EVEN WILDER: an ACTUAL QUOTE from the judge who seems quite PISSED OFF at Alyssa and her activist lawyers shenanigans. The Court even said specifically that it “questions the motives behind Plaintiff’s expansive request” after wasting judicial resources reviewing it! And finally: “The Court also lifts the stay and directs the Clerk of Court to transfer this case to the District Court for the Southern District of California.” The case is officially leaving New York and heading to California. Today I have my 2nd surgery, this time on my left leg IF the surgery site on my right leg is good! Getting the site from last Thursday checked then the left worked on if no clots, etc. Thanks again for the prayers and messages! Ill be glad to have these surgeries done!
