This little one really upset me. Dumped on the streets still wearing her collar. I guess as she's older. I had to help her. Today she's at the vet getting a spay and a good check up. I really wanted to find a foster home out in Romania while she gets ready to leave. Sadly I could not. So she will be with my friend in her small shelter until she's ready to come and find a family. She's called Annie. She is tiny. She is under 2kg and she was dumped on the streets. Unbelievable.
