The concept of tokenization and the agentic economy is intriguing, but how does Bases current infrastructure like its layer 2 scaling compare to alternatives like Arbitrum or Optimism in terms of developer tooling for smart contract deployment?

All three use the same basic tools (Foundry, Hardhat, Remix). Deploy the same Solidity; just switch the network. Base ≈ Optimism (same OP Stack). Arbitrum is also standard EVM, plus optional Rust via Stylus. For normal contracts, tooling is basically the same. Pick Base for Coinbase users, Optimism for Superchain reuse, Arbitrum for extra language options.
