We thought about it and today we're dropping bitcoin-cash:native from our supported currencies because nobody uses it and it's a burden to maintain.

I have used CoinGate many times. 1 guy ranks you C tier on a meme 1 time & you unprompted aggressively delist BCH with the ludicrous excuse that 1 10-minute node update per year is too much burden. Absolutely cowardly & pathetic.

Have they delisted BCH?

As you can see in the original post, they apparently plan to. And after receiving an overwhelmingly negative response, their best thinking is to spitefully double down and guarantee they lose customers and look like ideological morons in public. 馃槀

To be frank, we delisted BCH precisely because there's not much to lose

Except this is a clear lie. 1. Your quote shows your announcement is for spineless virtue signalling. 2. When asked about the support burden, you're salty instead of logically & genuinely demonstrating what made it too high (which we could help with).
Right, and what is the overwhelming support burden you're suffering for those orders? Is it not just folding to the barest bit of bullying to virtue signal how compliant with salty BTC guys you are?

I see. Pathetic. Unless I see them backpedal they will have lost me as a customer. If BCH is not an option there are plenty other better options than Coingate.

Backpedaling won't really help. Their initial decision is based on cowardly virtue signalling, and if they reversed it for the same reason that's just planting a poisoned seed. As you say, alternatives exist (or we can build them). Sad, but the world's full of bootlickers.
