So we sat down with AD&D 1e. We rolled up a character each. He rolled up a Fighter with 18/80 Strength. I rolled up a cleric. We used the appendices to explore everything on the map here.

I always intended to add winter orb and static orb to my Derevi deck. I ordered them and went to pick them up at the local game shop. When I arrived to pick them up, the guy behind the counter handed me the cards and asked, "Who hurt you? Ordering these two cards at the same time should put you on a list."
I mean he's right, but now it's everyone else's problem. Not mine.

I've really been enjoying Wargames (1962) from Donald Featherstone. I'm going to take the Ancient Wargame rules and try to run a solo wargame set during the 7th century AD in the Levant. Heraclius has just reclaimed the True Cross, and the Caliphate has just arisen. The empire is broke. Frontier lords and rulers are on their own. Should be fun. His rules are perfect for such a game setting. They are fast and easy to play too. Such a game might be good as a solo game series on my channel. I'm super busy right now with life, but I'm going to try.
