You can't have a better biz environment with lower taxes and less spending if you import tens of millions of low-trust third-worlders possessing credentials of questionable merit and bringing with them a culture antithetical to that upon which the American economy is founded--all while displacing millions of actual Americans.
Alternately we could simply make a better biz environment with lower taxes and less spending instead of the government telling the private sector what it can or can’t do in response to environments the government creates.
