It’s unfortunate that the token vs equity split issue still exists in 2026
When you sell/distribute both equity and tokens to investors, you create two competing set of stakeholders with unclear boundaries of value accrual
It’s hard to expert serious capital to allocate to crypto tokens when this is still such a major unresolved headwind for our industry
Primary issue is that equity investors have clear legally defined economic rights, combined with disclosure obligations, while token holders today sit in a more uncertain position due to lack of relevant legislation/regulation
Clarity Act should help here, but companies who chose to double dip and sell/distribute both tokens and equity today are establishing a very confusing capital structure
This is a common problem for many tokens btw, I make no qualitative claim of the underlying product itself here, Veince seems cool and has real PMF, much respect to Erik
And before anyone asks, no, CLL did not sell equity to investors, the LINK token is the only investable asset to get exposure to the success of Chainlink
CLL employees do not get equity, but rather have long-term incentives tied to LINK, incentives are aligned around the one asset

昨天發完那篇文章後，蠻多人都表示 @chainlink 很好，可代幣與公司早已分離，幣價也與技術價值脫鉤。
這邊我就來說說我對 ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca 的一些觀點。
首先就是 $LINK 代幣的賦能。
質押功能這點我想我就不必多說了，節點運營商想在 Chainlink 網路上賺錢，就必須先買 $LINK 出來押。
押越多，能接的單越大，能賺的費用越多，這種飛輪機制，其實與過去我對 $ETH 的估值想法有些殊途同歸。
我們假設未來以太坊會承載大量機構的 RWA 資產，而以太坊網路的安全性本身就與 $ETH 的幣價有相對關係。
這意味著若機構想提升自己鏈上資產的安全性， $ETH 幣價的拉升將會是必然的結局。
相對的，當前 Swift、DTCC、UBS 這些傳統的金融機構都已經在使用 Chainlink 的這套服務。
當這些機構所需要的服務需求越大，網路要維持安全所需的質押規模就會越高，被鎖在節點裡的 $LINK 數量就越多。
而當流通供給收緊，且來自機構使用規模帶動的需求持續擴張，幣價豈有不升的道理。
除了質押之外，去年開啟的回購機制也是加速流動緊縮的另一個催化劑。
根據 metrics.chain.link/reserve 的數據，當前 $LINK 的回購數量已經達到 390 萬枚，這表示市場流通的 $LINK 確實是有在實打實的減少。
很多人或許會質疑回購鎖倉這件事到底有沒有意義，但我想說的是，目前這套做法應該是大多代幣的最優解。
以 $BNB 為例。
@binance 從 2017 年起就把季度利潤拿來回購並銷毀 BNB，是加密圈 buyback-and-burn 機制真正的先驅。
本質上便是讓代幣可以像股票一樣，承載真實的商業價值，而這個機制早已被市場普遍認可。
那 $LINK 呢？
$LINK 的 Reserve 機制本質上也是同一套邏輯。
它把企業客戶的服務費與鏈上收入，直接轉換成 $LINK 買入並存入儲備。
差別只在於沒有做「銷毀」。
但銷毀只是把代幣從流通中移除，Reserve 是把代幣從市場上買走、鎖進儲備。兩者對流通供給的影響，在結構上幾乎是一樣的。
更別說 $BNB 本身還有通膨機制，可 $LINK 本身的總供應量是固定的。
最後再來說說我發現的一個奇特現象。
翻開當前市值前二十大的代幣，幾乎清一色是 L1。
這表示市場的偏好大多是持有鏈，而不持有鏈上的基礎設施。
但這就好比 1990 年代網際網路剛剛興起，沒有人在意思科 $CSCO 這間公司。
可伴隨著網際網路的普及，這個賣路由器靠著其基礎設施龍頭的地位，重新得到了市場定價。
於是 2000 年，它一度成為全球市值第一的企業。
所以回到最開始的那個問題：「代幣與項目分離，幣價與技術脫鉤，就意味著沒有投資的價值嗎？」
我想只不過是市場還沒真正看懂 $LINK 。
今天是 @chainlink 主網上線的第七年。
ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca 作為我除了 bitcoin:native 、 ethereum:native 以外唯一持有的代幣，也是我最大部位的持倉，其實非常多身邊有在接觸加密貨幣的朋友，都無法理解為何我如此看好 ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca 。
首先我就說一個暴論：如果你有投資任何的山寨幣，卻沒持有 ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca ，這本身就是不符合邏輯的。
絕大多數能捕獲實際價值的代幣，本質上都來自 DeFi。
而這些 DeFi 協議，每一筆清算、每一次價格更新、每一層風險計算，背後都都需要預言機。
Chainlink 作為預言機龍頭，DeFi 超過 90% 的 Oracle 需求皆是由 Chainlink 提供。
Oracle 賽道不是沒有競爭對手，但真正的壁壘不在於誰的技術更新、誰的延遲更低，而在於信任的累積。
而 Chainlink 做到了主網上線至今七年，零事故，這是其他預言機遠遠不及的。
而且一旦協議選用了 Chainlink，要換掉它，不只是改個程式碼而已。要重做智能合約審計、重新測試整合、重新遷移數據流。
這個摩擦成本高到沒有人會做，就好比鮮少看到 Web2 的公司要從 AWS 遷走，因為又貴又費時。
舉例來說，如果 Netflix 要搬出 AWS 重新換一個伺服器，那全球3億多個用戶很可能一年內都看不到上面的節目，這樣的高替代成本正是護城河所在。
另外就是 CCIP。
很多人對 Chainlink 的理解還停留在 Oracle，可 CCIP 這份業務才是我認為 Chainlink 不會倒，且可以活過無數輪牛熊敘事。
因為不管未來哪條鏈勝出，他們都需要用 CCIP 來做資產的跨鏈。這就像 TCP/IP，上頭的應用換了一輪又一輪，可底層協議從來不需要換。
更別說以後金融機構們還會有自己的私有鏈。而當前許多巨頭（例如 DTCC、Swift）早已選定 Chainlink 作為合作對象。
對我來說，Chainlink 不只像 TCP/IP，它其實也像是彭博社的 Terminal，作為全球金融市場數據的入口。
Bloomberg Terminal 作為金融數據基礎設施，每年從客戶端收取數十億美元。
而 Chainlink 提供的是加密市場的同等服務，只不過當前區塊鏈技術還未真正普及化罷了。
市場用了半個十年來理解 ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca 的價值，而我將願意用未來的數個十年來相信和持有它。

People always ask, but what will happen to the Jewish settlers when Palestine is liberated?
So here it goes: 700,000 of them will get driven out of the land immediately, fleeing to Europe on boats.
For those who stay, their towns and villages will be surrounded with walls so they can't leave. Palestinian military checkpoints will regulate their movement to make sure Jews can't come into contact with Palestinians. At the checkpoint Jews will be beaten, killed, or kidnapped daily and taken to torture camps.
Palestinian towns will be built surrounding Jewish towns, on hilltops above so people can keep an eye on them.
Palestinian military and civilians will periodically enter the Jewish towns and burn their buildings, kill their animals, cut their water pipes.
Essential food and medical supplies entering Jewish towns will be limited to keep them in a barely liveable state.
Bombs will reign down on them from the sky to destroy their homes and murder their families.
If Jews dare to organise or try fight back, whole towns will be destroyed and thousands will be massacred to teach them a lesson not to mess with the Palestinians.
