Bittersweet Halloween.
Beautiful but bittersweet.
My grandparents LOVED decorating and handing out candy to the neighborhood kids. Mom had us come down and do it one last time in their honor. Many feelings, few holidays left in the home we grew up in.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” that people have so much DRAM sitting in their own PCs instead of being used in data centers.
“Everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer. And be used 5% of the time,”
He argues that cloud data centers should make better use of limited memory supplies instead of people running AI models locally.

What an excellent, *excellent* survival horror metroidvania. Silver Pines wears its inspirations on its sleeve, but does so while still keeping its own identity and standing on its own two feet.

At the end of my Gears saga after 7 back-to-back games and what a way to wrap it up!
I'd give the cast & emotional highs to Gears 2 & 3, but I think E-Day does everything else better. Clear evolution of most of what made the series special.
Super happy I finally got to this IP.

20+ Hours. 92% Completion. True Ending.
Fell shy of my admittedly lofty expectations. But its award-worthy art direction, awesome 2D platforming and late game overcome some nagging flaws to make for a SOLID experience.
