The big thing for me here is that two major claims that have, and still, receive major publicity with little push back was NEVER... told to investigators??
The charge of t*rture in California has NO statute of limiations.
NONE. Under Penal Code 206.

The FBI investigation Wood depicts in Phoenix Rising, was NOT faked.
Just as much as the FBI letter was, which she helped draft, and used to withhold her child from his father.

Evan Rachel Wood has claimed since her Phoenix Rising documentary that she was whipped & t*rtured.
She even gave a specific detail tied to Manson's 2009 Spin "158 cuts" story.
This would have taken place in 2008 per his interview.

Smithline was a highly publicized accuser that made allegations and was on the cover of People magazine, and went on The View.

Esme Bianco claimed publicly that she was whipped & t*rtured and that a photo was "proof" of ab*se.
She even gave a specific fate, February 2009, publicly and in her lawsuit. She even claimed a multi-years long sexual relationship.
But this date is NOT on the charge sheet.

- 1 of them recanted publicly
- what charges were considered
- the exact dates of allegations
When compared to the public allegations, those private ones tell a different story.
