As kind of an expert in this stuff the Cygames translation is better. I don't think it's perfect, but if you translate いい波ノッてんね as "That's a great idea" you've completely lost the plot.
Look at how they are ruining her character with your own eyes and having the audacity to brag about it to your face like jingling keys. They are saying to YOU that you will never get the plain, raw original translation because it doesn't suit THEIR purposes
