It will never stop amazing me that people who consider themselves pro refugee, pro immigrant and general Pro Good Guys Of the Left sneeringly describe the half-dead Holocaust survivors who went to Israel after having been so failed by Europe as “settler colonialists”

Blaming the State of Israel for antisemitism ignores thousands of years of history. From the Inquisition to the Russian pogroms to the Holocaust, Jew-hatred existed long before 1948. The only difference? For 2,000 years, Jews were too often a defenseless minority reliant on the whims of host nations, with nowhere to flee when the borders closed. @Israel didn’t create antisemitism—it gave Jews a sovereign refuge and the actual power to fight back. Curious to hear from: @MoishIndig @ChaskelBennett @JakeTurx @YossiGestetner

Here are some ideas for you, @elonmusk, that you didn’t ask for from someone far less tech-savvy than you… Hear me out: save your engineers the task of teaching Optimus to twist doorknobs. Instead of forcing the bot to master 19th-century tools, make household items “Optimus-compatible.” • Optimus Appliances: Bluetooth APIs so the bot skips mashing tiny buttons. • Smart Hardware: Swap traditional doorknobs for smart, Optimus-friendly latches. • Tesla Cookware: Standardized grips so Optimus doesn’t launch a spatula through a window. • Bot-Safe Groceries: Rigid "Bot-Boxes" so it doesn't crush the eggs. Flip the script and adapt the home to the robot. If you do this, I hope it is super successful and makes you a lot more money. You’re welcome.

The “As a Jew” preface is too often deployed as a convenient shield to claim unearned authority. In many cases, those who rely on this phrase do not practice traditional Judaism, and some do not even meet the traditional halakhic definition of Jewish identity (born to a Jewish mother). Frankly, it is difficult to give weight to the opinions of these individuals regarding the realities of the lived Jewish experience. Without a genuine commitment to Jewish life, they have less at stake and less to lose. Ultimately, their goal is rarely to protect or preserve Jewish life; rather, it is to lend artificial credibility to their personal political agendas by manufacturing a false authority. What are your thoughts on this? Also interested in hearing from @Yakovolf @TheRaDR @Joelmpetlin and Rabbi @ymenken

Two observations: - This dude would likely be assaulted or dead within minutes if he tried doing this in Gaza. - The medical people that mutilated this seemingly disturbed man should be ashamed of themselves.

Ellen Page (now going by Elliot Page) was a beautiful and talented young woman. Whichever doctor that did this to her is a disgrace to the medical profession.

Raoni Barcelos is conscious, I’m told. He’s able to speak and is able to move his fingers and toes. He’s currently getting a CT scan at a local Vegas hospital.

There are thousands of injuries per year resulting from driving accidents involving ambulances. I wonder why @tyleraloevera is fixated on this unfortunate incident involving @Hatzola? Hmmm🤔

AI should be regulated. That is not the same as trying to stop it. Done right, AI/robotics could potentially reduce poverty and speed up treatments for cancer, heart disease, and other diseases.

Some of you won’t like this... We should tax the biggest polluters at the point of purchase: • Virgin plastic packaging (with minimal exceptions) • Gas-guzzling passenger vehicles • Kerosene-fueled private aviation • Outdated, inefficient home appliances (Applies to new products only, not existing ones.) The kicker: 100% of the revenue to directly subsidize advanced nuclear and renewable energy infrastructure. Tax the waste, fund the solution.

An "all-of-the-above" approach for super-cheap and abundant energy while significantly lowering emissions: ⚛️ Nuclear Power: Unmatched zero-carbon baseload energy. Build modern SMRs. ☀️ Renewables: Expand solar and wind where geography makes them cheapest. 🛢️ Domestic Oil & Gas: Keep energy affordable and secure. 🏡 Building Efficiency: Incentivize insulation, smart heat pumps, and modern grid tech to cut wasted power at the source. 🚗 EV Adoption: Support consumer incentives alongside private charging buildouts.

Spencer, some of the unhinged replies to the question should give you your answer. The radical left is indoctrinating people with hateful and dangerous rhetoric.
Who killed Charlie Kirk and why?

You don’t have to agree with Charlie Kirk’s political ideology but to use the anniversary of his murder as an opportunity to mock him is highly inappropriate to say the least.

🌶️ Spicy take: There are people pushing to keep interest rates high to purposely hold back the economy so that it hurts @realDonaldTrump and the @GOP politically. The American people are collateral damage. Fed should lower rates immediately!

Not one person said stop, what are you doing, that’s Brad Lander. He’s been standing with us. He helped us to oust Goldman. Mamdani & Sanders endorsed him, nothing. As some of us have been trying to tell yall the past couple years, zionist is coded language, a dog whistle for Jew or ally to Jews and this movement/organization has a major institutional racism problem. This video reminded me of “good ppl on both sides”
"We don't want no Zionists here" Democratic Congressional candidate Brad Lander, who is Jewish, is cursed at and thrown out of a protest in NYC. Lander went along with extreme rhetoric against Israel and AIPAC during the primary to win votes, something he admitted made him "queasy" because it played into antisemitism. Maybe the fact that he's being harassed anyway is a sign that next time, he should just stick to campaigning on his actual views.
