The market is pricing repair time, not the announcement channel Saudi has already used once this year. After the April strike the energy ministry declared the line back at full capacity three days later, via SPA. Aramco is bypassing the damaged section to restore about half of the route, per a Bloomberg source on September 16. The rules accept partial operation, so 50% of capacity qualifies. Nine days remain before the deadline.
I'm wrong if Riyadh keeps the line shut as a precaution while militia drone attacks continue.
