nope. progressives apply their own traditions and reject Scripture, diametrically opposed to Protestantism's doctrine of Sola Scriptura

So basically a growing trend of protestantism in America. They're just like you you're no better. You have no argument against why they're right and you're wrong

Sola scriptura is by far the dumbest ideology iv ever heard Basically a get outta hell free card. I can talk to 10 different denominations and they'll all have their own truth. Its absolutely hilarious. Like I actually laugh

holding the Bible as the only infallible authority is the dumbest ideology you've ever heard? that's very strange. go on and tell me about these ten mainline Protestant denominations abiding by the Five Solas with different truths

Yes it's a dumbest idea I ever heard because it's a lazy idea. The Bible calls upon you to live a good life. 2 Thessalonians 15 literally debunks all you say

thanks for saying those ten denominations and their own truths. 2 Thess 15 is a beautiful verse and I 100% agree with it and so does every Reformer. this doesn't "debunk" Sola Scriptura. if you think K it does, that means you don't know what Sola Scriptura is at all

Crazy how the people actually spreading the word of the Lord before the Bible was even gathered had their own writings and said this.

two great saints. did you know both of them talked about the importance of local church leadership, not mentioning a papacy? and both affirmed salvation from faith alone. and St Justin Martyr talked about the supreme authority of the OT and Gospels. sound familiar?
