A scary moment yesterday as one of our players went down off the ball with a cardiac issue, my sincere thanks to the ambulance service who reached us in good time and got him the help he needed. Also want to thank our medical team as well for some superb car and support throughout for our player. He’s on the road to recovery now after some tests in A and E last night and we’ll see what the next few weeks look like for him. Brought back some personal demons for me after my troubles the last year. The NHS and the people who work in it are truly wonderful and I don’t think that’s said enough.
