One of the most useful ideas young people can take from @justinsuntron’s public career is that experience tends to change the questions you ask. When you are starting out, you naturally focus on results. How do I succeed? How do I get noticed? How do I move faster? But after experiencing different environments, the questions can become more practical. What am I actually good at? What do I still need to learn? Which responsibilities am I ready to take? Which mistakes keep repeating? Those questions may sound less exciting, but they can lead to better decisions. A long career is not simply a collection of achievements. It is also a collection of adjustments. You learn something, apply it, discover a limitation, change your approach, and continue. That process does not stop just because you become successful. For young people, I think that is reassuring. You do not need to become the finished version of yourself early. You just need to keep becoming more capable than the person you were yesterday. #TRONEcoStar
