The idea is not to tell people what they must do. It is about designing the environment around a behaviour so that taking the desired action becomes a little easier.

In our sessions with #educators, the questions that come up are rarely about theory. They are about situations. A child who has not spoken in class all month. A group where five children are far ahead of the rest. A lesson that worked last year and is not working now. (1/3)
