One interesting, somewhat under-reported thing about the much-watched Senate race in Michigan: Mike Rogers and Abdul El-Sayed are talking about the strengths and weaknesses of various health system change proposals.
El-Sayed, who is running as a Democrat, seems to want Medicare for All, with exceptions for union plans and employer plans.
Rogers, the Republican, seems to want an end to health plan utilization management.

State laws do let people sue over alleged violations of contracts.
A federal court in Georgia is letting the people affected by a big Aflac data breach move forward with an argument that the data breach was the result of a breach of an implicit data security promise that came with Aflac insurance contracts.
