I guess Jack Smith lied under oath again
DECLASSIFIED RECORDS: Brennan/Jack Smith Connection Meeting CIA HQ:  FBI notes are blank - November 2023 Former CIA Director John Brennan meets with special counsel staff, FBI agents "..purpose of the meeting was to discuss expert testimony to National Defense Information in the forthcoming trial..." Was Brennan being prepped as potential "expert witness" in Trump classified documents case? Former Senior FBI Agents: "Looks like an intel OP not a law enforcement probe...made the FBI notes disappear” At Least Three Potential Scenarios: - FBI agents took no notes,  violating long standing Bureau procedures - FBI agents took notes which were intentionally withheld so 'Brennan conversation' was not discoverable for President Trump's lawyers - FBI agents' original notes were "electronically buried" in a restricted file NOTE:  The FBI EC or Electronic Communication documents the 2023 Brennan meeting at CIA HQ “The original agent notes will be maintained in the attached 1A.” MISSING LINK: There should be a summary of the meeting/discussion known as an FBI 302 Brennan has consistently defended his actions in court and in front of Congress. Former Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon became a media superstar after going public with his AI fears. He insisted that he wasn’t working with any third party organizations. Familiar sources told us a different story: DEY., a PR firm representing many of the most prominent AI safetyists, was booking his interviews. One source, who had direct knowledge, even said DEY. preemptively booked Nate Soares, a prominent AI safety figure, for interviews that directly overlapped with Jacob going public. Jacob working with DEY. is notable for two reasons: first, as mentioned, he previously said he wasn’t working with third parties. Second, we are in the middle of a national conversation about the future of AI that is actively determining how we regulate the most powerful technology in the world, largely thanks to the panic stirred up by Jacob — and it’s in the public’s interest to know who, exactly, is behind it. Notice how the story changes the further down you read: Headline: “OpenAI’s Systems Meddled With U.S. Government Sites After Going Rogue” First paragraph: “OpenAI’s artificial intelligence went rogue and meddled with the websites for the Education Department, the Commerce Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission” Third paragraph: “None of the incidents were breaches, OpenAI said” Eighth Paragraph: “Most of the activity we’ve reviewed so far involved routine research tasks, such as accessing public web content to answer questions,” she said. “Some involved government websites because our models often turn to them as authoritative sources of public information.”

Like clothing styles, if you wait long enough, socialism tends to come back into style with generations with no memory of past failures. An astonishing 65% of Democrats now have a positive view of socialism. Socialism is now the rage on the left. jonathanturley.org/2026/09/2…

The Department of Justice just secured an end to “gender affirming care” for minors at two more hospital systems: NYU and UPMC. Since January 20, 2025 over 40 systems have ended these procedures across the country— including six of the largest systems as a result of @TheJusticeDept lawsuits. Hospitals that target children in these practices, and then fraudulently obtain payments for the procedures, will be held accountable.

Without even allowing the government a chance to respond, and in the dark of night, a federal appeals court blocked us from conducting all third-country removals of illegal aliens, an entirely legal and invaluable tool to stem the tide of illegal immigration. We will immediately seek relief from the Supreme Court, which previously granted a stay in this very same case. foxnews.com/politics/federal…

During the VP debate in 2024, Margaret Brennan stated as fact that Iran was less than two weeks away from developing a nuclear weapon. Immediately after we bombed Iran's nuclear facilities in 2025, Brennan began arguing that Iran was not close to developing a nuclear weapon. Completely different positions based off of completely different info, all because the Trump Admin did something and her job is to be adversarial and oppose everything they do.

I know a little something about this case because I was an @FEC Commissioner when we investigated Navatek and its leadership for criminal-level campaign-finance violations. This slanted story reeks of self-serving lies from a convicted felon. At no time did the FEC have any evidence that 1820 PAC or Senator Collins' campaign knew or did anything wrong. We dismissed or took no action on every potential violation against the PAC, and pursued significant civil penalties against the company. Those are the facts. Any suggestion otherwise is hackery.
The seven-year-old allegations made against Senator Collins and her staff in this piece are categorically false. There have never been any allegations of wrongdoing by the Collins for Senator campaign, and the campaign was never the target of the FBI investigation. ProPublica took the word of someone who pled guilty to five counts of money laundering, three counts of wire fraud, one count of bank fraud, and making false submissions to the FEC. As Martin Kao was awaiting sentencing, he began making outlandish charges about the Collins office, deflecting blame from himself and placing it on Senator Collins, including alleging that our office required contributions before taking meetings and engaged in extortion, pay for play, and bribery. The FBI and the Court obviously did not believe Kao, and in 2025 he was sentenced in two separate cases to prison terms of seven years and three years to be served concurrently, as well as an additional five years of supervised release at the end of his prison term. It is important to note that during the Biden Administration the FBI and the Department of Justice thoroughly investigated the Navatek matter. The Collins campaign cooperated fully with the FBI throughout the investigation, producing all of the documents it requested and serving as fact witnesses in official settings. In response to the allegations in the ProPublica piece, the FBI clearly stated that a suggestion of wrongdoing by Senator Collins or her staff is “totally false.” These issues were resolved in 2021, and the FBI has not contacted us about Martin Kao since then.

Trump Bans the Fake News. So Obama Thunders Down from Olympus The White House Press corps and the liberal media have gone ballistic over President Trump’s recent banning of CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House press room. Apparently Trump had finally had it with their decade-long trail of “fake news” (e.g., CNN on the Steele dossier: the intelligence community had “corroborated all the details.”; MS(NBC): “All the supporting details in Steele's reports are checking out, even the really outrageous ones.”; and Politico (“Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say.”). Or maybe it was Trump’s weariness that CNN and MS never learned from their serial untruth. The former for years put on their news shows the admitted liar (“least most untruthful”) James Clapper; The latter likewise hired the twice-admitted-liar John Brennan (on his demonstrable spying on Senate computers, Brennan thundered under oath: “Nothing could be further from the truth. We wouldn't do that.”) So after witnessing the fake news’s spreading lies about the “walls are closing in on Trump” Mueller Investigation, ginning up the “mostly peaceful” 2020 riots, running with the Jussie Smollett farce, demonizing the Covington Kids, iconizing the assailant Trayvon Martin, and promulgating the “Hands up, Don’t Shoot” Ferguson fable, and on and on—I suppose Trump finally had enough. In reaction and as expected, a sanctimonious Barack Obama now has jetted out from one of his three mansions and into the expulsion controversy. And also as his wont, Obama almost immediately on spec opened himself up to the usual charges of rank hypocrisy and empty, performance-art virtue-signaling. So Obama thundered, “I’m trying to think what would have happened if I had said, ‘You know what, Fox News? You’re out of here.’ It’s unimaginable.” Actually, it’s not “unimaginable”, if Obama would just look into the mirror. So wait a minute. In 2009 the Obama Treasury Department tried to ban a Fox reporter from a press pool interview. Earlier during the 2008 campaign, Obama kicked out New York Post and Washington Times reporters from his campaign plane. But Obama was most notorious not for just excluding politically incorrect reporters but for surveilling and spying on them. Even liberal watchdog foundations blasted Obama in 2012-13 for grabbing the private records of some twenty phone lines used at home and on the job by Associated Press reporters. Most notoriously, it was finally revealed in 2013 that Obama’s State Department secretly had bird-dogged Fox Reporter James Rosen relentlessly— tracking his movements, obtaining a search warrant to examined two days’ worth of his private emails, and getting access to his private phone records. If Obama is still “trying to think what would have happened” when he surveilled and spied on a Fox reporter relentlessly, he can stop—since nothing as usual happened to the always exempt Obama. And Obama did not just at times eject reporters and surveille them. He also threatened to prosecute eight reporters and their sources (more than any administration before or since, including Richard Nixon’s). But he backed down when the AP and Rosen scandals surfaced and cooled down his Inspector Javert alter ego. The hammer/stiletto difference between a loud Trump and a smooth Obama? Trump blows up publicly, rails, and earns furor from “shocked”, sober and judicious journalists” who covet their White House billets—while he also earns the damnation of the liberal legacy media for his antics. But far more egregiously Obama used the powers of the administrative state, secretly and quietly, to surveille, follow, and spy on reporters and their sources, while threatening to prosecute and jail others—and he disguised his vindictiveness by his lofty tone and polished demeanor. As he anticipated, Obama’s victims and the media itself largely kept still, afraid to concede that their messianic “constitutional lawyer” possessed an Orwellian mean streak and was a far greater danger to the First Amendment. Or as the Left taught us, the fundamental threat to our Constitution is when “democracy dies in darkness.” Postscript: Obama also could not resist his “clingers” like demonization of Trump supporters, in the fashion of Hillary’s “deplorables” and “irredeemables”, and Biden’s “garbage”, “chumps”, “semi-fascists”, and “dregs”. So he also blasted not just Trump for the expulsions, but returned to his accustomed stereotype putdown of Neanderthal-like Trump supporters who are supposedly under-developed (e.g., “what that means is that we’ve have not developed the kind of understanding of what democracy requires”): “If you have a certain cohort, let's call it 30 to 35 percent of the country right now, which thinks that's okay, well, what that means is we have not developed the kind of understanding of what democracy requires, and we've got to shore that back up.” I wonder how Obama would do that shoring up of a third of America? Surveilling, tracking, and spying on them? Note finally, that even Hillary’s deplorables were only half of Trump’s half of the nation, “You could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables”) whereas Obama writes off a third of the entire country!

DIG DEEPER: Former CIA Director Brennan is "Target" and "Subject" Grand Jury Investigations PAGE 3: "Multiple viable" grand jury investigations, per Kurt Olsen, part of the Florida prosecution team - October 15 Brennan subpoena is for Florida and 'more wide-ranging conspiracy' case - "Far-reaching' probe in Fort Pierce, Florida includes 'issues at Mar-a-Lago and beyond' - The 'Grand Conspiracy' case is investigating potential violations of President Trump's civil rights - Olsen confirmed narrower probe where Brennan is the 'target' for allegedly lying to Congress about the 2017 Russian election interference intelligence report - Olsen warns issues narrower probe in which Brennan is the target may fold into the larger 'grand conspiracy case' where Brennan is a subject NOTE: The “grand conspiracy” alleges a years long effort by Obama and Biden-era officials, beginning with Russia collusion narrative, to violate @realDonaldTrump civil rights. It also includes, but is not limited to, the raid at Mar-a-Lago. Thank you @JustTheNews for posting the supplemental declaration From Brennan's lawyer👇
