WANTED: ARTIST AGENT 🧵1/3 Are you an Artist Agent or are you connected with an Artist Agent interested in representing an artist who creates complex human-generated anagram art? Anagram animations transitioning from origin text to destination text, then back to origin text, are a powerful & emotive method to deliver a message or make a point: by definition “perfect”, i.e. no letters are added, taken away or replaced, the effect on people when an anagram animation is experienced can be quite profound as the origin text dissolves into a chaos of scrambled letters which ultimately is reassembled into a singularly unique & specific destination text. Collaboration between artist and agent usually starts with the artist creating artwork, then saying “sell this”. Collaboration with me would be demand-driven as I can adapt to virtually any specification. Four examples: if you instruct me … ✶ [topic …] is the hot trend right now: make an 80 to 100-letter anagram animation incorporating theme-appropriate image(s)/video(s) about […] that transitions an origin text expressing […] to a destination text expressing […] and I will have buyers lining up ✶ one of my clients is launching a new business: make an 80 to 100-letter anagram animation incorporating […] image(s)/video(s) that transitions an origin text which includes the business name and what the business does to a destination text which heralds a “good omen” message for the future success of this business ✶ I have a private client whose daughter is getting married: make an 80 to 100-letter anagram animation incorporating […] image(s)/video(s) that transitions an origin text which includes the names of the bride & groom to a destination text which heralds a “good omen” message for their blissful life together ✶ I can secure a deal for producing & marketing anagram art as novelty items: make a text-only anagram animation of up to 50 letters that transitions an origin text expressing […] to a destination text expressing […] and the deal is in the bag … chances are I can produce a result everyone is happy with. CAN AI DO THIS? NO! The complex anagrams I create are human-generated by me personally: I do not use “automation”, the only computer tools I use during the creation process are a word processor to move letters around as I intuit their order and to save progress while I do other things, then, once the text has been finalized, image & video editors to render anagrams as animations in GIF or mp4 format combined with photos and/or videos. To address the nowadays commonplace “AI can do that”, on 03 October 2025 I performed a test with the ostensibly most advanced AI tool available, Grok 4 in “Expert” mode: upon definitive clarification what an anagram is I provided Grok with the origin text, conditions & instructions identical to the origin text and conditions & instructions given to myself when I created my record (so far) 141-character anagram in August 2021. Excerpt from Grok’s response after 9 minutes & 42 seconds of “thinking”: “I cannot complete this task because I was unable to find a combination of words that uses exactly the letter counts from the origin text while satisfying all the conditions.” The exchange between Grok and myself is appended as screenshots; the “sharing link” is: nitter.net/i/grok/share/S5dSEHMS3… Soooo, “AI can do that” does not apply to anagrams at this level of complexity and intricacy. But “humanly” it can be done. My 141-character anagram animation created per the specification referenced above is appended in mp4 format as reply post. The original GIF version thereof was posted on my X account on 16AUG21: nitter.net/TimeBeRealMan/status/1… ANAGRAM RENDERING FORMAT: ELECTRONIC Anagram animations in GIF or mp4 format can be displayed as decorative wall-mounted screen art looping endlessly through letter transitions. Anagram animations can also be rendered with advanced light/image projection technology, e.g. in public places such as entrance halls of buildings, as well as with programmed LED drones for nighttime displays. As electronic files, GIF’s and mp4’s are suitable for blockchain-secured ownership credentials, which facilitates sale of purchaser-verified single, limited and unlimited editions. ANAGRAM RENDERING FORMAT: ELABORATE PHYSICAL ART OBJECTS Once clients have approved & purchased their finalized anagram animation in electronic format they may commission rendering thereof as physical art object, e.g. on a decorated base board accommodating letters mounted on individual pedestals propelled by electric motors traveling between origin text & destination text sections. Dimensions may range from indoor wall-mounted displays to large scale outdoor installations for bird’s view observation. An impressive and beautiful physical rendering of anagram art are kinetic rolling ball sculptures constructed with metals such as brass or gold alloys. Rolling balls for each individual origin text letter are positioned alongside the top of the sculpture and held in place with a locking mechanism. Upon release of the locking mechanism, gravity compels each origin text letter ball to travel from the origin text position at the top via its individual rail to form the destination text with applicable spacing between words at the bottom of the kinetic rolling ball sculpture - either simultaneously, randomly or in spelling order succession, which is determined by the kinetic rolling ball sculpture design. Once all origin text letter balls have completed the journey to the destination text section of the kinetic rolling ball sculpture they are held in place with a locking mechanism. The kinetic art sculpture is rotated 180 degrees vertically. The destination text locking mechanism, as does the origin text locking mechanism, raises the rolling balls so they are above their individual rails. Upon release of the destination text locking mechanism, gravity compels each destination text letter ball to travel from the destination text section of the kinetic rolling ball sculpture back to their origin text section positions. Completing the cycle, the kinetic art sculpture is rotated 180 degrees vertically to display the origin text at the top … ready for the next anagram loop. The text letter balls are made of strong transparent glass, hollow inside to accommodate a liquid in which letters mounted on centered weighted floats are suspended: as the text letter balls roll along their rail tracks during transitions the letters inside twist & turn, yet once they reach their resting position to form either the origin or destination text, gravity positions the letters floating inside the hollow text letter balls upright. A metal pin is incorporated into each letter float and a magnetic strip alongside the locking mechanism panel orients the letter floats, similarly to a compass needle, to ensure all letters in origin and destination texts can be read when viewed from the front of the kinetic rolling ball sculpture. To illustrate the concept of kinetic rolling ball sculptures I append as reply post excerpts from a movie I remember watching many years ago, “Fracture” (2007), which features kinetic rolling ball sculptures as part of the storyline. ANAGRAM RENDERING FORMAT: MASS-PRODUCED NOVELTY ITEM A much simpler variant of physical kinetic rendering of anagram art suitable for mass-produced novelty items is metal beads with embossed letters, both upright and rotated 180 degrees, sliding on sturdy metal wires from origin text section to destination text section & vice versa. Imagine an abacus rotated 90 degrees with only one bead per row, which would drop straight to the bottom and back as the abacus is rotated 180 degrees. For kinetic physical anagram rendering the metal guide wires are shaped & positioned so that the metal beads slide from the origin text section to form the destination text and when the object is rotated 180 degrees they slide back to form the origin text. Anagram themes in this context would be of universal appeal, perhaps related to pets like cats or dogs or transforming an origin text laden with negativity into destination text conveying uplifting positivity. Same as with custom-made anagram art, you as my agent shall instruct me to create anagrams that are optimally suitable for you to secure a production & marketing deal. MY CREATIVE PROCESS & HOW IT BEGAN Several of my finalized anagram animations are posted on a companion account to my primary X account @TimeBeRealMan (same handle as my primary X account with appended underscore: @TimeBeRealMan_, as also linked from the bio of my primary X account), which I maintain for the specific purpose of re-posting some of my anagram animations in one place. Each anagram has a unique purpose and genesis story focused on the people and topics they relate to. At the beginning there is an intention to communicate something to or about someone or a topic; some are funny, some were meant to cheer someone up, others are intended to create a specific effect. Then the creative process commences and insights come: on a nature walk, while repositioning letters typed in a word processor or scribbled on a piece of paper, driving, from a specific word or expression used by a person in an unrelated conversation and sometimes in dreams. It may take time for an anagram to become real, but the information can also be accessible very quickly. The text an anagram culminates in isn’t random words: the intention is reflected in the energy of the destination text – when this feels right is how I know when an anagram is ready to be finalized. My journey into this niche of the art world began in January 2021: waking up from sleeping I had on my mind that the letters in someone’s name spell “she creates magic” – which incidentally describes her profession. Simply spelling it out felt inadequate, I wanted her to experience a gradual attainment of awareness of this dramatic significance coded into a name that has been her own for her entire life. I remembered a GIF editing program I once got free on a CD with a PC magazine, figured out how to use it and made a scrolling text GIF using a video call screenshot as background. Very basic, but it delivered the buildup from “ooh, what’s this?” to that crucial “ha!” moment. To an artist, the most precious aspect of what they do is how people who experience their art feel when they do - this was one of those moments … … and when I fell in love with the concept of taking something written that “clearly and obviously” is just that one “something”, unlocking its anagram code and laying bare something hidden therein, a revelation, a confirmation or a hint from the unknown.
