Apps and integrations: reviews, subscriptions, ERP, search, loyalty. List what must work on Monday after DNS. “We’ll find an app” is how go-lives slip.
Data: PIM exports missing prices or images, BC options over Shopify’s variant limits, SFCC cartridges with undocumented logic. Sample-import on a development store first.
Theme: you are rebuilding the storefront, not porting the old one. If the plan is “make it look identical on day one,” you have already stretched the timeline.
