DL JOHN FRANKLIN-MYERS · Credited with the first sack of his Titans career in the fourth quarter, giving him 35.0 career sacks.

CB MARCUS HARRIS · Recorded the first interception of his career on a Jalen Hurts pass in the fourth quarter. · Is the Titans’ first game with multiple interceptions since Sept. 7, 2025 at Denver.

QB CAM WARD · Capped off a 12-play, 69-yard drive with his second rushing touchdown of the contest on a one-yard carry in the third quarter. · This is his first career game with multiple rushing touchdowns. He now has four rushing scores in his career. · Ward became the first Titans quarterback with multiple rushing touchdowns in a game since Ryan Tannehill had a pair at Houston on Jan. 3, 2021.

DE JACOB MARTN · Brought down Jalen Hurts for an 11-yard loss on third down in the third quarter. · It is his first sack as a member of the Titans, giving him 27.5 career sacks.

S AMANI HOOKER · Nabbed his first interception of the season in the first quarter, returning the turnover 92 yards to Tennessee’s 10-yard line. The Titans scored on a one-yard run by Cam Ward four plays later. · With his 13th career interception, Hooker tied Jason McCourty for the eighth-highest career total for the franchise during its "Titans era" (1999–present). · The 92-yard interception return is the longest of Hooker’s career and the longest interception return by a Titans player since Jordan Babineaux returned an interception 97 yards at Cleveland on October 2, 2011.

For the second consecutive week, the Titans played the second-hottest game at Nissan Stadium, which opened in 1999, and the second-hottest game – home or away – in the franchise’s “Titans era,” which also began in 1999. The temperature at kickoff against the Eagles was 92 degrees. The only higher kickoff temperature for the Titans since the beginning of 1999 was 93 degrees at Nissan Stadium on Sept. 15, 2019, when they played the Indianapolis Colts. The humidity against the Eagles was 49 percent, and the heat index at kickoff was 98 degrees. In Week 1 against the Jets, the kickoff temperature at Nissan Stadium was 90 degrees.

LB ANTHONY HILL JR. · Started at linebacker in his NFL debut. Recorded 11 tackles and two passes defensed in the first half against New York. · His 11 tackles are the most by a Titans rookie in his debut first half since at least 2000 (according to Tru Media). · Hill became the first Titans rookie to have two or more passes defensed in his first game action since Adoree' Jackson had two against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sept. 10, 2017. · Hill is the first NFL player, regardless of experience, to have at least 10 tackles and two passes defensed in a first half since Marlin Jackson had 12 and two in 2006 against Houston as a member of the Colts.

G FERNANDO CARMONA · Started at guard in his NFL debut. · Became the first Titans rookie offensive lineman during the franchise's "Titans era" (since 1999) to be drafted in the fourth round or later and start Week 1 of his rookie season. Carmona was a fifth-round pick (142nd overall) in the 2026 NFL Draft.
