I hate just to eat $400 just because a front desk service agent made mistake but here we are sadly. I know I screwed up but holy crap… this is the solution 2 managers felt was fair? How inept can the customer service person be to charge 4 separate charges too. #annoyed

I have to reiterate, the front desk lady gave me the options to stay in the room or take a late large. I THOUGHT she was helping me out by letting me get my stuff out instead she charged me $400+ in fees for a room I didn’t even have a key to. 13/

I told the manager it was totally my fault not planning my trip property but asked him if it seemed reasonable that a person she get charged $400 AND get told he doesn’t have to pay by the front desk AND not have access to the room.

The billing rep tells me that they can have the manager call me in 7-10 days! I had just talked to a manager that morning and he said he would have the front end manager call me ???and I didn’t want to sit around all day.

very frustrated. I call and find out I can’t talk to anyone till Monday (today) which is casually my birthday to make it all come full circle.
So I call billing, I tell them what happened.., they essentially tell me they can’t do anything. What???? 8/
