Aside from one day of work on the 31st, I’m done with being employed indefinitely. I finished work today 3 hours ago. I’ll admit to feeling some anxiety. It’s the first time I’ve been in this situation since I left the Navy and had four months off before the start of med school. That felt so weird I went and got a job flying civilian helicopters. I’m going to try to get comfortable with this.

Two leaders of the nonprofit, BHRAGS Home Care Corp., are accused for stealing more than $1.3 million from the taxpayer-funded organization, as well as two subcontractors who, according to the indictment, paid bribes and kickbacks to city officials in exchange for contracts worth millions.
