This will 100% not be the case. It will be on @usasports with 4 pm local kick. See you all there. Gonna be a goodie!! @NateGatter
Beaver Fans: I just got off the phone with a general manager of a CBS affiliate. They said that it is very possible that the Oregon State versus Boise State game gets moved to CBS. If that was the case, it would likely be a 4:30 PM start on November 14th.

Putting all the G6 teams into one bucket is dumb, as is putting all the P4 teams into one group.
Ohio State isn’t Rutgers and Boise State isn’t ULM.
Thankfully we see G6 coaches admitting what we know is best for them - their own playoff. As a competitor I would rather compete in a real championship that I could actually win than get your butt kicked annually by programs that have 10x the payroll.

I’ve spoken with several ADs in the last few weeks on this topic.
There is a clear divide forming in the G6.
“We want to have the opportunity to compete at the highest level” is the common theme from winning programs who aren’t making excuses in this era of college athletics.

If those 40 teams want a separate playoff outside the CFP, drop down to FCS. There’s a separate playoff for you.
The other 21 teams stay in FBS and compete for the CFP.

Before the playoff, the only postseason access the G6 had was bowl games and a BCS bowl. This is incredibly stupid reasoning.
I would bet money the 21 coaches who said no are winning more football games than the 40 who said yes.
