Melon alert. ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿˆ ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿˆ ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿˆ ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿˆ Melon Gold is a Single IPA utilizing a novel yeast strain and a trio of hand-selected hops. A blend of Citra from two of our favorite producers lends aromas of mango, citrus peel, and mandarin orange. A charge of Anchovy and El Dorado adds sweet, punchy notes of watermelon candy, Japanese honeydew soda, and juicy Canary melons. Juicy doesn't even begin to describe this one. Tree House melon character โฒ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ฏ.

Off Season is a Single IPA with a base charge of Citra, plus notes of grapefruit candy, mango pops, and fresh-squeezed OJ swirling through its creamy body. We then blended Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka, which pop with classic New Zealand aromas of white grape, passionfruit, pineapple juice, and lime zest. And just like that, the summer rush is over. Roads that were as busy as a downtown block open up, and the hum of packed beaches gives way to the lapping waves. The oldest, and maybe busiest, town on the Cape acts as a gateway to the world's end, but come September, it gets quiet. Really quiet. And into winter, even quieter. We know where we'll be when the hustle and bustle of summer dies to a whisper, and in the dead of winter, near silence: at the corner of Town Neck Road, along the iconic seaside of Cape Cod Bay, serving you fresh pizza and beers all autumn and all winter long. See you here. ๐ŸŒŠ PS - We'll keep rolling on Friday-Sunday coffee service as long as you'll come by. Spread the word - we're open for the hot stuff through December, at least.

As if our Blonde Ale couldn't get any dreamier. We took a small portion of Eureka Citra and conditioned it with buckets of tropical fruit puree! From the pop of the can, aromas of guava nectar and guava sorbet fill the air. Beneath its tropical introduction are notes of citrus peel and wisps of cracker malt, culminating in a delicate, effortlessly drinkable crusher.

Itsy bitsy teeny tiny bite-sized treat! Mini Treat is our newest and smallest Treat yet, a Blonde Ale entry into our series of pale hoppy beers! Brewed to have a sweet base and hopped generously with juicy American hops, it carries potent notes of orange candy, mango gummies, pink Starbursts, and tropical fruit bubble gum. Sacrificing nothing in flavor, texture, or stature, this bite-sized rendition uses the same blend and processes as its larger predecessors to create what we can only describe as "hop candy." A gem to be savored or crushed or both.

๐Ÿ“๐ŸงŠ๐ŸŠ๐ŸงŠ๐Ÿ๐ŸงŠ๐Ÿฅญ๐ŸงŠ๐Ÿ‘ Fruit Cup is an American IPA meant to delight the senses. Our brewers used a selection of Crystal malts to create a light, sweet backbone for a burst of hoppy goodness. Citra and Vista converge, creating notes of plump oranges, tangy grapefruit, honeydew melon, and sweet peach. A fruity Friday, indeed.

The Pumpkin Spice cometh...Batch 2 of our fall favorite is here! We use real vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, clove, pumpkin purรฉe, and fresh-grated ginger for our seasonal syrup. The combination of fresh ginger and whole spices, crushed just before being folded into our brown sugar syrup, is really something special. Hurry... we really, really can't make enough of it.

A few shades of Green from hop harvest in Yakima. The harvest experience is truly special each year. The valley comes alive with the hustle and bustle of trucks moving from field to field, and the sharp aromas of our favorite varieties fill the air along long, straight dirt roads. The thrill of crushing fresh cones in our hands during field sensory never gets old; in fact, we've been more excited than ever to do it. The best part, though, is bringing it back home and putting that smell into cans of Julius, Haze, and so much more. ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š

Autumn is for moments of Zen and for Whisper. . . . Where in the world is Whisper? This is an easy one, even without using machine intelligence. Real points for anyone who can name the photo's actual location. A Whisper carries farther in crisp mountain air.

September by the Sea, but the weather had other plans. . . We're as hearty of New Englanders as they come, and we don't like postponing anything, but we know we can't put on the show we'd hope to with the rain in the forecast. The good news is, the taproom will most certainly be OPEN this coming weekend for regular operations so you need not change your plans. That said: ๐ŸŒŠ Sandwich by the Sea is being postponed to Saturday 10/10, 11 AM- 6 PM! ๐ŸŒŠ We will have live music ๐ŸŽถ Lobster rolls ๐Ÿฆž A specialty clam pizza ๐Ÿ• Stein holding ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ’ช Ring toss ๐ŸŽฏ On top of a stacked list of beer, seltzer, and coffee, we have three specialty cocktails! โ˜•๏ธ Sandwi(t)chโ€™s Brew A cozy coffee cocktail built for cool days by the water. We blend our own Kola Coffee Liqueur and Richley Hogo Rum with a hot pour of Monochrome coffee, orange bitters, and a layer of cold foam, then finish with a dusting of nutmeg. ๐Ÿ‘ Apricot Alley Bright, tart, and herbaceous. House Corn Vodka meets sweet apricot nectar, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary syrup for a refreshing cocktail that balances juicy stone fruit with fragrant herbal notes. ๐Ÿธ Espresso Martini A Tree House take on the classic. House Wheat Vodka and Kola Coffee Liqueur meet cold brew concentrate and your choice of a house-made syrup. Choose from cinnamon brown sugar, peanut butter, maple, or caramelized banana!

The first week of Fall has us thinking about a certain holiday... The Feast is our Bourbon Barrel-aged Triple Bock and our most robust entry in our series of strong German beers. It carries aromas of burnt caramel, rich port wine, and dark cherry syrup that hover above the glass. Following behind are notes of molasses, chocolate-covered figs, and bourbon vanilla caramels. This sweet complexity is tempered by oaky spice and char from its time spent in the barrel. A bottle for today and one stowed away ๐Ÿฆƒ๐Ÿ‚

Old McDonald had a farm, but he did not have Julius. We do. Summer just ended, but the trees are still green, and the farm is flush with the harvest season. On top of a fully stocked list of N/A seltzers and our seasonal cold brews and lattes, we have a wonderfully curated list of beers brewed a hop, skip, and a jump from our taproom. Whatever strikes your fancy, whether itโ€™s a crushable Blonde Ale, a rustic Saison, a juice bomb of a Double IPA, a rich Milk Stout, or, of course, cider from our orchard, theyโ€™re all on tap and ready to take home. The rare quadruple Julius family release day is complete.

We've been dusting off the old-school artwork for our fresh batches of Eureka, and we couldn't love it more. Eureka Citra is soft, doughy, and bursting with citrus. ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ’› Still our desert island, cooler-filling beer.

We took our amplified JJJuliusss and conditioned it on fresh vanilla beans and peach puree! The local ice cream spots are churning up the last of their summer flavors, and we wanted to join the fun. This guy is full of sweet stonefruit and mellow vanilla creaminess; poured ice-cold, it's undeniably delicious.

Every once in a while, a beer comes around that legitimately means the world to us. A beer we have been dreaming of making for over a decade. Chasing and hoping. We are honored to be the first American brewery to use whole-cone Galaxy hops straight from Australia. That's right, baled, freshly kilned whole-cone Galaxy, from the fields of Rostrevor to our coolers in Charlton, Massachusetts. With this limited stock, we decided that Trail was, of course, the perfect template for this incredible treat. They flood the nose with ripe pineapple, sweet guava, and bright passionfruit on top of a zippy, completely crushable base beer. It's mild, elegant, and uniquely expressive. Even with the sophisticated harvest and pelletizing capabilities of our favorite farms, whole-cone hops still have something special. The volatile oils, lupulin, and resinous character are on full display when you use hops in their whole-cone form. This beer perfectly captures the striking duality of a blast of hops fit for an IPA that fades into a crushable Lager base. We hope you get to try this one. It will not last long.

Persist is a barrel-blended Imperial Stout carrying notes of maple-bourbon candies, chocolate-covered caramels, mocha-maple ice cream floats, and vanilla maple syrup. Featuring 60% barrel-aged maple stout, with an average age of 22 months, it is meticulously blended with its fresh counterpart for intense flavor and maximum drinkability. We then rest it on freshly roasted coffee, which enhances its warming maple notes and turns it into one of our most sought-after releases. It's no surprise it doesn't last long in our coolers, as it ages wonderfully for a future vertical tasting, holiday celebration, or simply a full glass enjoyed next to a roaring fire.

As a farewell to summer, we took a small portion of Lights Out and conditioned it on peach purรฉe. It's already a light, fluffy delight with a surprising punch of hop character; the addition of peach makes it downright dreamy.

๐ŸŽถ And it was all YYYellowww! Hereโ€™s the thing about pineapple: itโ€™s perfect, and thereโ€™s never enough. Thatโ€™s why we took GGGreennn, which already bursts with pineapple and passionfruit notes from Australian Galaxy hops, and conditioned it on an absurd amount of pineapple purรฉe. Itโ€™s sweet and sticky, but completely hop-saturated for a thirst-quenching bite and a balanced, bitter finish.
