Thorin on fans' double standards when judging Falcons' coaching decisions: "People made fun, even people on this show of those two things where like Lars Robl wanted m0NESY to wake up earlier, and the worst one ever was when they did a no PC bootcamp, remember that idea? 'What idiots they are.' Here's what people don't know, Astralis and Vitality won the Majors, they did no PC bootcamps too, and that was literally one of their main strategies as a team, because the idea of the no PC bootcamp was actually to build like team bonding and things like that and have exercises where you communicate, and it was actually things that have been very successful in the history of Counter-Strike, so all I'm making the point there is, people when zonic fails tell him he did nothing, but when he did the exact same things that succeeded he supposed to be the greatest coach of all time." About consistency: RESET Mistakes are inevitable. Staying stuck in the mistake is optional. The best performers develop a reliable reset: Notice → Accept → Refocus → Act. The speed of the reset matters more than the absence of mistakes.

About consistency- PRESSURE Pressure does not necessarily need to be reduced. It needs to be understood and managed. The objective is not to eliminate nerves or nervousness. It is to develop the ability to perform while experiencing them.

About consistency - ATTENTION Performance follows attention. Where your attention goes, your behaviour tends to follow. The skill isn’t keeping your attention perfectly focused. It’s recognising when it has wandered—and bringing it back quickly.

The process: The more you focus on the outcome, the more uncertain your performance becomes. Elite performers repeatedly return their attention to: What do I need to do now? Control the controllables. Execute the next action.

Preparation - Consistency starts long before competition. You don’t rise to the occasion. You fall back on what you have prepared to do. Train the behaviours you want to trust under pressure. @roblperformance

What separates consistent performers from inconsistent ones? Not that they always feel confident. They have learned to perform effectively regardless of how they feel. Consistency is the ability to access your performance behaviours under changing conditions. @roblperformance

Consistency is NOT a state - it is a skill. It requires: 1. Commitment to your plan and your process. 2. Control of attention. 3. Emotional regulation. 4. Staying present under pressure. 5. Responding - not reacting - to mistakes. 6. The ability to reset quickly. 7. Finding, trusting and executing your performance “DNA”. @roblperformance

How do you perform consistently at your highest level? Elite performance is NOT about finding your best day. It is about being able to access your game even on an ordinary day. It is about knowing your DNA and having the courage to stay with it when in doubt and in a team context. @NiKoCS_ @roblperformance

Achieved the “almost impossible”. In her first J200 tournament 13-year-old Emilia Hemmingsen made it all the way to the final where she lost to the 4-year-older Jahnie Van Zyl. The result makes Emilia advance 150 places on the ranking- making her the highest ranked 13-year-old in the world. All due to talent, hard work and a holistic approach to performance. Huge congrats Emilia 👊

🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 - CS2 to Valorant - With the recent news of female CS falling apart and the lack of tournaments coming up, I find myself missing practice and competition. Therefore, I made the decision to transition to Valorant and to put my focus into a growing scene. My goals are the same as in CS, I only want to compete for the top, become the best version I can be for both myself and my teammates and make great memories along the way. This wasn't an easy decision to make but I'm in a happy place, I'm very passionate and committed to what I set out to do and this is a challenge that I would love to take on. I'm very excited for this new chapter of my life and I just can't wait for it to move forward! I would like to mention that I haven't played the game as much and am aware that I lack a lot of knowledge and playtime, however I do have experience from CS that would transfer into Valorant. I am hardworking and determined to learn with the adequate ressources that can be given to me in a short time. At this very moment I can be flexible to fit your team's needs, I can offer to learn the following roles: Duelist, Initiator, Smoker. 📨 DM me for inquiries
