(released 2003/03/28).
Dated 15 October 1952, it’s an acknowledgment letter from an assistant to CIA Director Walter Bedell Smith.
Someone had mailed the agency a printed tract containing the purported “Speech of Rabbi Emanuel Rabinovich” (dated 12 January 1952, Budapest).
The CIA simply noted receipt and filed the material. The speech text itself appears in the released file. cia.gov “

According to MEDIA outlets, this is called a “conspiracy” and a “hoax”.
