Hi @Trustpilot, We were already in contact with one of your team members (Mostafa) regarding our case. Around 3 weeks ago he requested some details, which we provided via email with full proof and documentation no reply yet. We followed up again last week, but it’s been almost a month with no reply. Could you please look into this?

@advicifas scammed me and many others. I provided you proofs and you still removed our reviews and giving @advicifas an opportunity to scam more people. @Trustpilot is worthless

Bunch of scammers and fraudsters. My review was approved earlier because it was positive. When I removed 2 stars, they deleted my review completely. Thank god for twitter.

Hi 👋 thanks for the shout, but that's not how it works. Reviews can be flagged by businesses, consumers or our software for breaking the rules. If you want further context as to what's happened with yours, please send more info to @TrustieSupport so they can help out.

Trustpilot is a fan of destroying small businesses. There's a fake Trustpilot page for a domain that doesn't exist anymore. This domain looks like my company's domain, and now potential customers think it's our page. Trustpilot is dishonest and refuses to remove this fake page!

What is this all about? This company/product has two 1star reviews 100% 1star yet your website says overall rating 2.9. So I give Trustpilot 1star as you can’t even get the basics right.

Hi 👋 our TrustScore is based off a number of factors, it isn't just an average of reviews. It takes into consideration frequency, time span and the Bayesian average. You can read more about it here: support.trustpilot.com/hc/en…. Thanks!

It's sad that Trustpilot cannot be trusted. They allow businesses to filter reviews and remove reviews that portray them in a negative light... Trustpilot will insist this is not the case (Obviously). However: take 2 minutes to look at the positive reviews of OPODO....

The positive Opodo reviews are clearly boilerplate... written by the same team... they are false and misleading and approved by trustpilot. Trustpilot also removed ALL my negative reviews of Opodo for no apparent reason. Trustpilot is pointless... utterly meanlingless
