Because they cut a guy who’s been nothing but good for years after one tough season. If they weren’t committed to Tua enough that one season makes them blow everything up then they should have traded him to a competent franchise.
I mean this team basically has to sacrifice an entire season thanks to the Tua contract, so it's understandable if some people are upset

To be fair, I changed my mind sometime between the end of his senior year and the draft and viewed him as a first rounder guy. Loved Jalen’s attitude and consistent progress he made as a passer, hard not to bet on a guy like that.
